Admission into the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) is very competitive every year. Each year, the NDA admits 175 intakes (155 males and 20 females) into the Regular Combatant Course. There are certain requirements for you to be eligible for entry. Here are the Nigerian Defence Academy admission requirements for entering the Nigerian Defence Academy in Kaduna.

The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) was founded on the 5th of February, 1964 for the purpose of training officers for the Armed Forces of Nigeria. The Nigerian Defence Academy provides each officer cadet with the skills, knowledge, and values that are needed to meet the requirement of a military officer in Nigeria.
The academy is a military institution where young agile men and women are trained into well-educated, virile, courageous, and erudite subalterns. It runs a five-year Regular Combatant Course programme. At the end of the programme, you will earn a Bachelor’s degree and a presidential commission to second lieutenant rank.
